This acquisition expands NORCAL’s national footprint and establishes Jacksonville, Florida as the company’s new Southeast regional office.

If you manage and distribute your patients' protected health information electronically, you are considered a Covered Entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and are required to maintain a Business Associate Agreement with FD Insurance if you release patient identifiable information to us.
